How to verify Leebet Plinko

The Plinko formula
Bytes from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, `clientSeed:nonce:round`), converted to floats and mapped per game. The server seed is committed as a SHA-256 hash before the bet and revealed when you rotate seeds.
One float is drawn per row (8 to 16 floats total, depending on the risk level).
A float below 0.5 sends the ball left, otherwise right.
The landing bin is the number of right moves — that index selects the payout multiplier on the board.
