Verify Hi-Lo
Hi-Lo asks whether the next card is higher or lower. Each card is a single float over a 52-card deck. Faircheck reveals the exact card so you can verify the sequence you bet on.
The algorithm
index = floor(float × 52) · rank = index mod 13 · suit = floor(index / 13)
One float per card is drawn from the HMAC-SHA256 stream.
The float is multiplied by 52 and floored to an index from 0 to 51.
The index maps to a rank (A→K) and a suit (♦♣♥♠) in the standard Stake ordering.
