Wheel spins to one of N equal segments. Faircheck maps your float onto the wheel you actually played — set the segment count and the winning index is reproducible.
The algorithm
segment = floor(float × segments)
A single float in [0, 1) is generated.
It is multiplied by the number of segments and floored to pick the winning index.
Risk levels change how many segments and which multipliers sit on the wheel, so the segment count must match your bet.
